How do I select the products that I wish to purchase? At the main shopping page, select the product or category that you would like to view from
the navigation bar. Category pages display thumbnails pictures along with the name and price of
the items. Clicking on a specific item will display the Item Detail Page that includes a description
of the item as well as the various options available for the item (such as logos, color, sizes etc.).
After selecting the desired options and the quantity, Click on Add to Cart to save the item to
your online shopping cart.

How do I complete my purchase? Once you have
put in your cart all the items that you desire, click on Checkout.
This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your billing and shipping information.
After completing this information, click the Submit button. A final total cost for your order
will be displayed that includes shipping, handling and sales tax, if applicable.
Click Checkout to confirm your acceptance and to process the transaction.
Your credit card will be automatically processed online at this time.

When will my items ship? For in-stock items, within two business days. For custom, made-to-order merchandise, within 3-4 weeks.
The inventory status and expected ship date is displayed when you select an item
on the Item Detail Page. If an item is backordered from a supplier, there could be a further
delay in shipping your product. In these cases, we make every effort to contact you via email
to keep you informed and give you the option to cancel or change your order to an alternative product.

Is there a shipping and handling charge on products? Yes. Shipping is automatically calculated when you order and is based on the cost
of the items purchased. To see the complete chart for shipping

Can I check the status of my shipment online? Yes! Just set up and use your webstore account, which requires an email
address and password that you create. Then you'll be able to access your
order information online at any time, including package-tracking information.

How do I contact customer service? Can I order offline? Yes.
